Tomorrow's HOME uses a combination of site built and modular construction methodologies. Many components of your home can be built more economically and with higher quality and precision in a factory.

What Is A Modular Home?
Some components of a modular home are built in a factory and transported in sections to the building site to be assembled by the owner or builder.  Some of the components of a Tomorrow's Home are built in our factory.

A Modular Home is not Manufactured Housing.

Unlike manufactured housing, Modular Homes are built in compliance with the same local and state building codes that apply to site-built homes. Manufactured housing only complies with the Federal Construction Safety Standards Act, and many communities place restrictions on the location of manufactured housing.

Modular Homes look like other homes.
Modular construction techniques can be used to build any style of home, from a small ranch to a customized large contemporary.

Modular Homes generally give greater value for your money.
When you add up all the labor, material and time savings inherent in the modular building process, you will find that the price of a modular home is generally lower than a totally site built home of comparable size. Plus you will keep saving money year after year, as your energy efficient home keeps your heating and cooling bills low.
