Step 1:
        Find the property that suits your needs.

Step2:
        Pick or develop a design that fits your property and live style.

Step 4:
        Determine the cost for your project and arrange for the financing.

Step 5:
        Finalize the project plans and obtain the necessary permits, licenses, etc.

Step 6:
        Set forms for foundations, place fill where required, and do the preliminary grading.

Step 7:
        Plumbing and utilities rough-in.

Step 8:
        Build foundations.

Step 9:
        Erect framing.

Step 10:
        Install exterior sheeting, cornice, roof sheeting, windows, and exterior construction doors.

Step 11:
        Prime exterior surfaces as needed.

Step 12:
        Install roofing felt, finished roofing material, and vents.

Your project is now dried-in and secure from the weather. Many people like to take-over the project at this stage and manage the finish-out themselves.

Step 13:
        Finish electrical, plumbing, communications, vacuum, etc. rough-ins.

Step 14:

• Well installation (if necessary) or tie-in to water system

• Electrical finish work- ceiling fixtures, switchplates, etc
• Interior design- paint, wallpaper, carpet
